How It Works

The system is simple:

1. Dictate.
2. Save to your computer.
3. Send to Typesource via e-mail.
4. Your typed up document will be returned within 24 hours.

Dictate

You may use any method you like to record your voice files. We recommend our free dictaphone, which has excellent reviews and delivers high quality voice with a low file size.

If you have a blackberry, iPhone, PDA or want to use your PC with a microphone that's fine too. We can handle any file type you wish to send us.

Save

Our dictaphone comes with comprehensive instructions on how to save files to your PC. We can also help point you in the right direction for other devices you may wish to use.

Send

For regular documents, simply send to us via e-mail. We offer an encrypted secure service for confidential documents.

Document returned

We can format documents to your company's style. Standard letters can be saved, so that you are only charged in future for chages to names and addresses. If our typists have difficulty decyperhing words, these will be clearly highlighted on the returned document.

Remember

There are no ongoing contracts or monthly fees. You pay only for the typing you need.
